7 Holy Grail Hair Products for Curly Hair

I get lots of questions about my hair, and so I figured I would let y'all in on a few of my secrets- lololol. I am not a hair expert in the least, but after 29 years of living with these locks I have found a few things that I love love love. Over the next few weeks I will be sharing favorite products & tools, my daily routine, and some local stylists I love. Let's start with my OG products, though. Here are my 7 (million) holy-grail hair products for curls.

Wide-Tooth Comb

For a long time I used a paddle brush on my curls, thinking it would smooth them out & tame the madness. This was a huge problem for me though, because I found it caused a lot more breakage (aka more frizz if possible) than I wanted. I made the switch and now this comb is my one & only for getting the knots out. PS-- Did you know Sephora has free flash shipping on everything for only  $10 A YEAR. It's like prime, but cheaper and for makeup. I invested last year & it is so worth it. I've linked their website here: Sephora Free Two-Day Shipping

Hydrating Hair Mask

A hair mask is also new to my regimen because I have been adding extra blonde, and it's been so dryyyyy. The living proof mask & is my favorite, followed closely by the Matrix Biolage & Moroccan Oil. The other three I have heard good things about & have on my radar to try next! I also love putting coconut oil on my ends when I am being lazy.

Shampoo & Conditioner

This is something I switch often. I find that every few months (or when the bottle is finished) I like to change things up. The following are all the ones I love the most & have gone back to repeatedly over the years. I also go through conditioner much faster because I don't shampoo every time I wash my hair. In no particular order:

Etc.

The following products get me through the time in between washes & styles, protect my hair when I heat style, or are perfect for when I don't want a million products in my hair.

OK. I think that is a good start, yes? There are way more than 7 products, but I can't make decisions and narrow things down so that's what you get. I literally scoured my shower & cabinets to make sure I didn't miss anything. This is a lot of info so if you have specific questions, hmu in the comments. Fellow curly girls, tell me your faves if they aren't listed! I am always looking for new stuff to try. You can also check out all of my favorite products in my current makeup routine here
